Symptom
Users are unable to login to backoffice through SSO/normal login after DB restoration has been done. The following exceptions can be seen in logs:
Exception:
de.hybris.platform.servicelayer.exceptions.ModelSavingException
Message:
Failed to persist audit records (sql: INSERT INTO users4sn (itempk, itemtypepk, timestamp, currenttimestamp, changinguser, payloadbefore, payloadafter, operationtype, context) VALUES (?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?, ?))
Exception:
java.sql.BatchUpdateException
Message:
Invalid object name 'users4sn'.
