3663019 - HTTP 500 error when accessing BI launchpad URL with SSO

Symptom

  • BI Launchpad URL is not accessible, throwing http 500 - Internal Server Error.
  • The issue occurs only when using Single Sign-On (SSO).
  • Accessing the BI Launchpad URL with "/logonNoSso.jsp" works.
  • Event Viewer logs show Shared Secret has expired.
