3663030 - Fiori V4 Apps with Search "Automatic Apply" Function with Default values populated does not load

Views in ListReport shall be applied "automatically if predefined filter values are available", the "content loads automatically" then. This doesn't seem to work in FE OData V4. 

The settings for the Standard view are such that data should be loaded in this case. 

The same occurs in other V4 apps, so likely this is a issue in FE. 
In FE V4 application, when end user has defined default values in FLP setting and set "Apply Automatically" as selected in filter bar setting, in the standard variant, the default values are applied correctly, but end user still need to press "Go" button to trigger the query.
The same issue can be reproduced also in other FE V4 application.
