3663039 - Changing Field Labels for Recruiting Advanced Analytics - Recruiting Marketing

Symptom

It is possible to customize the labels in Recruiting Advanced Analytics to better represent the field data in your reports. This customization is purely cosmetic and does not affect the underlying data or field names in the database.
 
Prerequisites:
  • Integration: Ensure that Recruiting Management and Career Site Builder are integrated.
  • Configuration: Job Data must be implemented for both Recruiting Management and Career Site Builder.
  • Access: You need access to Command Center and Provisioning.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing

Resolution

  1. From the Recruiting Command Center, navigate to the Site List page.
  2. Select the icon in the Recruiting Advanced Analytics column for the relevant site.
  3. Click on Field Label Customization.
  4. Enter the new field name for any fields displayed on the screen.
  5. Save your changes.

Note: 

  • Only fields visible on the Field Label Customization screen can be renamed.
  • You cannot add or remove fields from this screen.
  • Leave the field label blank for fields that do not contain data or are not relevant.
