Symptom
- Users reported that a Language Determination Rule (from Extensibility Settings) for the Case entity is not working as expected during case creation. Despite maintaining a Determination Rule to set the communication language to "English," the language is not being defaulted.
- Language is not being determined based on the Machine Learning Language Detection.
