When migrating or promoting content from Source to Destination systems following the Promotion Management Wizard (PMW) best practices for bulk content migration/promotion [KBA 2531264] - 

• After promotion, the user security on folders and objects promoted to Destination system is not similar or to the security in Source system.
• Selecting object or other security options for Folders and Content can cause the job to take longer to execute
