3663112 - Data is not being retrieved in SAC when importing it from a S/4 HANA import connection

• When creating a new model using the standard query Billing Document Item from a S/4 HANA import connection, the data is not being retrieved, despite the fact that there are no error messages;
• The OData call is displaying data in the S/4 HANA;
• When using the same connection to create a model for another query, it works.

SAP Analytics Cloud 2025.14.12 

1. Log into SAC;
2. Open the model 'XXX' and check that even if it was created successfully, it is not retrieving any data from S/4 HANA;

• Authorization access is missing for the user who executes the integration on the S/4 HANA side. The same user used in the SAC connection.
  • Roles as the 'Authorization Object V_VBRK_FKA' to use the Billing queries;
  • No errors appear when searching for it in the backend transaction SU53.

Provide all access to this user in the S/4 HANA side.
