3663116 - Recommended collections via Assignment Profile takes a long time to be visible on New Learning Experience Home Page

Recommended Collections pushed to users via Assignment Profile are taking hours to be available in the User's new Experience.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Edit an assignment profile and include 1 or 2 collections under Recommendations
2. Run all the processes to update the Assignment Profile changes. (Execute Changes and Propagation).
3. After the syncs are done, go to the user's ILX home page.
4. Collections won't be displaying to the user.
5. After quite a few hours (3 or 4 hours) the collection will show under Suggested for Me.

This is expected behavior.

According to Engineering team, it typically takes up to 2 hours for the recommendation to be processed and reflected in the user's suggestions due to asynchronous background processing. This only impacts assignments via AP. User recommendation should be seen in real time.
