Symptom
After system upgrade to 2508, you have followed the detail from note 3646136 and started using the successor Apps. And when you create a new process from Manage Mass Maintenance - Business Partner App, you realize that there is no process template shown and the dropdown is blank.
Environment
- SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Resolution
To get the process template, please take the following actions:
- Open Export Master Data - Business Partner App.
- Select scope as table and input BUT000.
- Select any business partner in your system.
- Trigger the export
After all these steps, please recheck if the process template is shown or not.
