3663145 - No Process Template shown when create Mass Maintenance Process after 2508 upgrade

Symptom

After system upgrade to 2508, you have followed the detail from note 3646136 and started using the successor Apps. And when you create a new process from Manage Mass Maintenance - Business Partner App, you realize that there is no process template shown and the dropdown is blank.

Environment

  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Resolution

To get the process template, please take the following actions:

  1. Open Export Master Data - Business Partner App.
  2. Select scope as table and input BUT000.
  3. Select any business partner in your system.
  4. Trigger the export 

After all these steps, please recheck if the process template is shown or not.
