3663256 - Message stuck in processing state due to a restart in cloud foundry

Symptom

  • When it is observed that message is stuck in 'processing' state and do not proceed further. The same message eventually transitions to "Abandoned" status after inactivity timeout of 24 hours.
  • Deployment attempts during a platform maintenance or updates which is indicated as 'cell evacuation' in the BTP's provider account, may fail or time out.
  • Users can check trace/ljs logs with keywords like "Exit status 137 (exceeded 1m0s graceful shutdown interval)", "requesting replacement", "Exit status 0" and compare with timestamp.
