3663358 - Unable to adding new entries to 'Callback Positive List' in SM59 TCP/IP destination.

Symptom

When trying to enter the new value into the callback allow list for the TCP/IP destination in SM59, there is no 'insert/delete' button after Display <-> Change button was pressed.
