3663439 - "no results to display" error in Employee Delta Export UI

The Employee Delta Export UI displays the message "No results to display".

This issue prevents access to the Microsoft Excel add-in installer, sample workbooks, and the user guide.

The issue is either due to missing permissions for the logged user or because the granted permissions had not yet taken effect, as the user hadn’t logged out and back in.

1. Grant the required permissions based on the Employee Delta Export guide to the logged user;
2. Log out of the system;
3. Log back into the system to ensure the permissions take effect;
4. Verify that the Employee Delta Export UI now displays the expected options.
