3663496 - Private Postings are not working after instance refresh - Recruiting

After doing an instance refresh, the target instance's private postings are not working. The URL is displaying as null/job/[job-title], which is similar the URL when Recruiting Marketing is in use.

The source instance has Recruiting Marketing enabled, and the target instance does not. This issue is happening because the Unify Configuration is enabled, which is dependent of the Recruiting Marketing setup.

When adjusting the target instance configuration to remove the Recruiting Marketing configuration, it is required to first disable the Unify Configuration to then disable Recruiting Marketing.

The below steps are needed to resolve this issue:

1. Navigate to the Admin Center
2. Go to “Manage Data”
3. Search for "Unify Configuration" using an admin user account that has permission to edit this MDF object
4. Set the "Unify Enabled" option to "No" and save the changes
