3663507 - Quote on second level of approval is getting assigned to all the approvers from list

When submitting a rule to second level of approval, even though it is set to user be able to choose only one approver from the list, all approver list get assigned to approve the quote. 

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

1. Create an Approval Rule
   1. Step 1: Choose a user type
   2. Step 2: Condition = 1
   3. Step 3: User can choose from list of approvers / User can choose only one approver MUST BE MARKED
   4. Add More than 1 possible approver
2. On workflow, in Awaiting For Approval Tab, Set that Approve should only be enabled when approval is not required
3. Go to Quote, break the rule and submit for approval
4. As first level approver, open the quote and submit for second level choosing only 1 from the list
5. Check on Approval History that quote has been submitted to whole list of possible approvers.

Bug.

• Root Cause: SubmitForApprovalQuote From WaitingForApprovalTab gets responsible approver for that rule and use it to create the approvals instead of using approvers from the approval request.
• Workaround: None
• Tentative Fix Version: CPQ-2511.
