3663522 - Employee Profile information not visible

Symptom

Employee Profile missing information (photo, blocks, sections) even with the RBP correctly granted.

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log in the instance
  2. Go to Employee Profile
  3. See that blocks, sections, information in header... are missing even though user has the necessary permissions to view the information.

Cause

An issue at server level was identified on DC70.

Resolution

The issue was corrected by engineering team via script.

The workaround is to run the following refreshes on Provisioning > Company Settings:

  • Refresh RBP Permission Configuration
  • RBP Self Healing Tool
