3663548 - PI Count Document ID and Count Task ID not visible in Monitoring View

During Physical Inventory processing, under Monitoring: By Work view, does not display the PI Count Document ID and Task ID as expected.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to the Physical Inventory work center.
2. Go to Monitoring view.
3. Observe that there are  Approve Count Results without PI Count Document ID and Count Task ID displayed on the screen.

Count indicator is not updated for the products.

It is necessary to recount the products that are facing the issue in order for the PI Count Document ID and Count Task ID to become visible.
