3663553 - How to Enable OpenText Integration in provisioning

There is a need to enable OpenText Integration configuration in provisioning.

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Access to the company provisioning
2. Go to company settings and search for "Enable OpenText Integration"
3. Verify if the option is uncheck

It will need access to provisioning in order to check this configuration.

Provisioning access is not allowed for customers. Please contact your implementation partner or Product Support to enable this option.

Note: When checking this option all newly uploaded documents are stored in OpenText.

If you want product support to help you with this you will need to provide the next information:

• Company ID:
• "<Customer name> Understand that after enabling this option all newly uploaded documents will be stored in Opentext."
