3663582 - Customizing status calculations in the onboarding dashboard- Onboarding

Symptom

In onboarding dashboard, there are different status and how it is calculated:

  • Completed: When the processes and tasks under the respective columns are completed.
  • No Tasks: When there are no tasks configured or a particular task in not applicable for the new hire.
  • Overdue: When the task due date has elapsed. The status is set to overdue immediately after the due date.
  • Needs Attention: If the due date for the task is within the next 5 days.
  • Due Today: When the task is due today.
  • On Schedule: When the task due date is more than 5 days from today.

Is it possible to customize these status calculation?

Currently, this status calculation does not support customization.
