3663601 - Unexpected deletion of valid records during pricing archiving procedure

• The archive write program (SD_COND_ARCH_WRITE) deletes valid records when the selection criteria is set to "Include both criteria".
• Records with valid validity periods and without the deletion indicator are also deleted.
• The program automatically deletes records in the background without performing the second step (SD_COND_ARCH_DELETE).
