Symptom

No material is displayed in the Pull List when staging material for the Production Order with selecting "EWM Rel. Parts".

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a Production Order and release it.
  2. Stage material for the Production Order with selecting "EWM Rel. Parts" in MF60.
  3. No material can be found in the Pull List.

Cause

The incorrect Production Supply Area (PSA) was maintained when creating Control Cycle in APP Create Control Cycle for WM (LPK1).

Resolution

1. Verify the type of Production Supply Area (PSA) maintained:

  • If the PSA is MM-IM managed (e.g., PSA_01 (Supply Area for Production)), select "SLocLevel" in MF60.
  • If the PSA is EWM managed (e.g., PSA_02 (Bin Managed PSA)), select "EWM Rel. Parts" in MF60.

2. Modify the configuration as required and retest the process.
