3663692 - Intermittent login failures when performing concurrent logins with DI or Service Layer

Symptom

When performing concurrent login requests, the logins occasionally fail with the following error messages:

  1. For Data Interface (DI) API:

    -132 - Connection to license server is not authenticated

  2. For Service Layer the following response is returned:

    500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR
