3663758 - General Display Name Setting Updates Not Reflected in Latest Workbench - Recruiting Management

When updating the General Display Name settings (e.g., from Last Name, First Name to First Name Last Name), applications created prior to the change do not reflect the updated display format in the Latest Workbench. However, in the Legacy Workbench, the candidate application names are displayed correctly based on the updated settings.

1. Enable adoption of General Display Name.
2. Access the New Applicant Management Experience.
3. Observe the display name format for internal candidates who applied before and after the configuration change.

This behavior has been confirmed by the Engineering Team as a current system limitation in the Latest Workbench. Updates to the General Display Name settings (e.g., changing from Last Name, First Name to First Name Last Name) are only applied to new candidates created after the configuration change. Candidate applications that were created prior to the update will not reflect the new display name format in the Latest Workbench.
