Symptom

  • ODBC call 'SQLConnect" for data source <DSN> failed:[cloudera][odbc] (11560) Unable to locate SQLGetPrivateProfileString function.> Notify customer support. Use the OBDCDriverSelector (Windows) or DSConnectionMangaer.sh (UNIX) utility in LINK_DIR/bin to configure the correct version of the driver.If the problem still exists after selecting the correct version of the driver, notify customer. 
  • Connection works on Windows
  • Test connection outside of Data Services works on Linux box.
