3663811 - Event-driven jobs cannot be Released again after status is set to Scheduled

Symptom

  • When creating a job and scheduling it with an event, the job can initially be released.
  • Once the job status is set to "Scheduled," it can no longer be released again afterwards.
  • The system displays an error message indicating a duplicate entry in table BTCEVTJOB.
