3663866 - How to identify the owner of a scheduled report in the legacy report distributor tool

• The legacy report distributor tool does not display the name of the user who originally scheduled a report.
• Attempts to retrieve the username from the backend only provide encrypted data.
• Scheduled jobs created by inactive users result in empty reports.

• Report Distributor (Advanced Reporting, ORD)

1. Access the legacy report distributor tool.
2. Attempt to identify the owner of a bundle report.
3. Observe that the owner’s name is not displayed in the user interface

• The Legacy Report Distributor tool does not store or display the name of the user who scheduled a report in a retrievable format.

There is no direct option within Report Distributor to fetch the owner details of a bundle.

As a workaround, you may reach out to the SAP SuccessFactors Support Team, who can help retrieve these details through backend analysis. Please note, however, that if a bundle was created by a user but never executed, it is not possible to identify the owner from SAP SF Support team too, as no execution logs are generated or associated with that user from backend too.
