3663891 - Blank first and last name in Admin Alerts tool when selecting "Errors in Automatic Hire" option in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

In Admin Alerts Tool, when selecting “Errors in Automatic Hire” in the dropdown, for some rows the first name and last name is blank.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Hire & Rehire Wizards

1. Go To Admin Alerts tool.
2. Choose "Errors in Automatic Hire" in the dropdown.
3. For several users, first name, last name and hire type fields are blank. Application, Candidate and Job Requisition IDs are visible. 

• During the Automatic Hire process, the system validates the start date first. If the start date is empty, the process fails immediately.
• The system does not proceed to process the first and last names, resulting in no names being set in the administration alert.

Verify that the start date is populated for the affected process. Ensure the start date is correctly configured to prevent validation failure during the Automatic Hire process.
