3663895 - Users Cannot Export Objects To Excel In OWL

Symptom

User reports that cannot export the list of objects in OWL to excel, for example: Registered Products. In this scenario, the data volume exceeds the 10,000 records. 

Environment

SAP Cloud for Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Registered Products.
  2. Click on three dots and Export to excel. 
  3. File fails to be generated.

Cause

This is expected behavior. Users should export limited number of records indeed (<10000). 

Resolution

Make sure the user is exporting lesser number of records by using advanced filters.
