3663957 - Select button not functioning during benefit enrollment

• The "Selected" button is not displayed during benefit enrollment; instead, it shows "Select".
• Clicking on the "Select" button does not work, preventing users from proceeding with benefit enrollment.

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Navigate to Test Employee
2. Select Benefits.
3. Enroll in XXX Benefits.
4.  Click "Next" until Select page option.
5. The process gets stuck, and the user cannot proceed further.

•  Insurance rates is not maintained. OR
•  If the insurance benefit is configured as a Dependents Only plan. The option is not enabled within the benefit configuration;

• For inurance rate not maintained, ensure that the insurance plan contribution rates is configured for the relevant benefit plans.
• For insurance benefit that is configured as a Dependents Only plan. To have the option to select the Allowed Dependent Types within the benefit configuration. In the object definition Allowed Dependents for Benefits, the field depRelationshipType shoule be set  as Editable

Also, whenever we configure insurance benefit we need to select if the smoking and health check will be applicable or not for the plan, as explained in this guide page  Configuration of Insurance Related Fields for Latest Benefits Enrollment.

Each option leads to specific selections in the insurance rate chart configuration, for example: if you select "Not Applicable" in the "Tobacco Check" field, then choose "No Selection" in the "Smoking" field for the insurance rate chart.

You will also need to make sure that the employee data matches the configuration from the rate chart, as explained in this article  3594767 - Error 'No amounts maintained for the specified age group with the selected combination of fields.' during enrollment.
