1. Attempt to execute scheduled matching jobs within the ICMR
2. Observe the error message: "You do not have permission to execute the matching method SF101."

1. Missing catalog SAP_FIN_BC_ICA_ME_RUN_PC
2. Write access is "No Access"

1. Ensure the necessary user role SAP_BR_RECON_ACCOUNTANT is assigned to the user.
2. Confirm that the catalog SAP_FIN_BC_ICA_ME_RUN_PC is maintained for the user.
3. Check if the system has the necessary catalogs but lacks access permissions for specific fields.  Verify that unrestricted access is granted for the required fields, including Write, Read and Value Help permissions.
4. Update the access settings to "Unrestricted" for the required fields.
