Symptom

  • Locking issue occurs with API calls referencing the same delivery.
  • The system responds to the first API call with a success confirmation, but the update process continues running on the backend system, locking relevant documents.
  • Subsequent API calls fail due to document locking errors.
  • Delay between API calls, even up to 10 seconds, is insufficient to resolve the locking issue.
