Career Explorer recommendations differ when accessed directly versus through the Latest Career Worksheet.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Career & Talent Development
Reproducing the Issue
- Enable Career Explorer in the instance.
- Access Career Explorer directly and note the recommended roles displayed.
- Navigate to Latest Career Worksheet -> Recommended Roles -> People Like You and note the recommended roles displayed.
- Compare the roles proposed in both tools.
- The roles might differ.
Cause
It is design behavior of the system:
While Career Explorer recommendations based on Job Code, the recommendation in Career Worksheet is based on Job Role.
As Job Roles can have multiple Job Codes, it is expected behavior.
