Reproducing the Issue

- Request leave and observe that the leave calculation is not happening correctly.
Cause
- Global information not filled in for the dependent under the affected user profile.
Resolution
- Navigate to the affected user profile in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Access the dependents block.
- Click on the dependent's record.
- Ensure the "Country/Region" field has a value filled in.
- Save the changes.
- Verify that the Singapore Childcare Leave rule triggers correctly.
