Symptom

  • Singapore Childcare Leave rule is not triggering properly.
  • Incorrect calculation for Extended Childcare Leave for dependent who is not a Singapore Citizen.

Reproducing the Issue

  1.   2. Request leave and observe that the leave calculation is not happening correctly.

Cause

  • Global information not filled in for the dependent under the affected user profile.

Resolution

  1. Navigate to the affected user profile in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  2. Access the dependents block.
  3. Click on the dependent's record.
  4. Ensure the "Country/Region" field has a value filled in.
  5. Save the changes.
  6. Verify that the Singapore Childcare Leave rule triggers correctly.
