3664280 - Checking Serial Numbers for Many Outbound Deliveries

Symptom

It is necessary collect all serial numbers of many outbound deliveries, however it would take a lot of time check one outbound delivery by one.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the Outbound Logistics work center.
  2. Access the Outbound Deliveries view.
  3. Search for the Outbound Delivery ID XYZ (XYZ means Outbound Delivery ID).
  4. Open the delivery and check the Serial Numbers tab to view the serial numbers.

Resolution

To have the serial number products and the serial ID, it is necessary check the Data Analytics work center with data source ID - SCMOBDU01. In this report all the serial numbers and outbound delivery will be showed.
