3664294 - Data Anonymization - Difference between fields from USER MANAGEMENT and EMPLOYEE CENTRAL Modules

Symptom

Questions raised regarding the difference between User Management DOB and Employee Central DOB.
What are the difference of the fields (ex: DOB, First Name, Last Name) from USER MANAGEMENT to EMPLOYEE CENTRAL?
I only anonymized the fields from User Management but the fields were not anonymized post refresh?
