Tentative Non Confirmations no longer returning FAN documents.
- The responsible users should instead be seeing two links to download the English and Spanish Forms. Instead they are seeing upload fields.

Cause
This is a Known Issue.
Resolution
The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2025 release.

Workaround
- Go to provisioning
- Go to Company Settings
- Unticked the checkbox "Active Content Detection"
- If it still doesn't work, please create a ticket for the Support team to request to generate the FAN from the DHS side. Please provide the following information in the ticket.

- E-Verify Case Number
