Symptom

  • Error /SCMTMS/LOG_INT094 "Business partner XXXX has an inconsistent address" occurs when saving sales order.
  • Issue occurs after making changes on shipping point in SSCUI 102125 Define shipping points.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Cause

  • When processing a document from SD, LE, or MM, the system attempts to find corresponding locations for business partners, shipping points, or plants.
  • The error occurs because the location address differs from the address of the business partner, shipping point, or plant. 

Resolution

When changes are made to the shipping point, the updates are automatically reflected in its location.

In cases where the changes are not updated as expected, use the 'Update Locations from Shipping Point' app to retrigger the update.
