3664592 - Unable to Save Custom Values for Generic Attributes due to Special Character Restrictions in Incentive Management

Symptom

  • When attempting to enable a Generic Fields (Generic Attribute (GA) or General Number (GN)), edit the custom value, and save, the system keeps loading indefinitely and does not save the changes.
  • Enabled attributes are not visible in the classification workspace.
  • No error messages are displayed in the user interface.
