3664615 - ###### value shows up in Start Date column in Goal Management report file

Excel returns "#########" value for Start and/or End dates that appear to be not in its accepted format (01/01/1900), when generating an Excel file from Goal Management table report.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals

1. Create a Goal Management table report with goal start date added as column in it.
2. Generate the Excel file.
3. See that Excel returns "#########" for dates that are not in its accepted format (01/01/1900). 

Start and/or end dates for goals are not being captured in the correct way (for example Jan 1, 0024 instead of Jan 1, 2024) and this leads to "#######" value showing up when exporting report data to Excel.

Edit the affected Goal's Start/End date to the desired value by using the built-in calendar tool in Goal Management.
