Symptom
- The option for Learning Approval Email Notification is missing from Learning Administration > System Administration > Automatic Processes.
- The issue affects the ability to schedule automatic processes for Learning Approval Email Notifications.

Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Learning Administration > System Administration > Automatic Processes
- Attempt to locate the option for Learning Approval Email Notification.
- This automatic process is not available.
Cause

Each Automatic Process in the Learning Administration menu requires its specific "Edit" permission to be visible and accessible.

If this permission is not assigned to an Administrator’s role, they will not be able to see or access the Learning Approval Email Notification process.
Resolution
- Navigate to Learning Administration.
- Proceed to System Administration > Security > Role Management.
- Search for the Role which the impacted Administrators have and edit it.
- Proceed to the Permissions tab.
- Select "add one or more from the list".
- Under System Administration, search for "Edit Learning Approval Email Notification Automatic Process".
- Check the checkbox and click Add.
After completing these actions, you might need to log out of the system and log back in before noticing changes.
