3664684 - In Pick, Pack and Pass scenario, Pick HUs created in desktop are not assigned to parent WO

Symptom

When using /SCWM/TO_CONF to confirm a child Warehouse Order (WO) that is part of Pick, Pack and Pass (PPP) structure, a new Pick Handling Unit (HU) is created and the child WO is confirmed, but this Pick HU is not assigned to the parent WO and cannot be found in Pack Proposal tab either. The same behavior happens in RFUI.
