Symptom
The Individual Talent Data Transfer tool was used to transfer the data from the inactive to an active employment, however, for the Performance and 360 forms, only the employee has access to the forms, the current manager for the active employment did not receive the form or a copy of the forms.

Cause
This is currently the system expected behavior, the Individual Talent Data Transfer tool will transfer the from from the inactive employment subject to the active one, this action does not trigger the Manager Transfer or Change Engine options.

Resolution
If the desire is for the manager from the active employment also have access to the previous employment forms, an alternative is to use the Route Form tool to route the forms back and forth, then the active employment manager will receive the form upon the routing.
