3664748 - Error "The server has not found any resource matching the URI" during Production Proposal Creation via Custom OData Service

Symptom

The error message "The server has not found any resource matching the URI" appears when attempting to create a production proposal via a custom OData service. In the OData service, parameter is set to `InstanceData', and the creation of the production proposal is successful but no document ID feedback from system.
