• The Material Label Standard Form remains empty despite maintaining data in the system.
• The issue occurs with the EWM_HU_SHPLABEL Shipping Label, which uses a custom template from "Maintain form template."
• Fields have been maintained in the Purchase Order (PO) and Inbound Delivery, but the label output is blank when checked in the Warehouse Monitor application.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Maintain all relevant fields in the PO and inbound delivery.
2. Attempt to print the Material Label Standard Form using the EWM_HU_SHPLABEL Shipping Label template.
3. Check the output in the Warehouse Monitor application, where the label appears blank.

Improper user handling.

1. Verify that the EWM_HU_SHPLABEL Shipping Label is being printed for an Outbound Delivery Order (ODO).
2. Ensure that the Handling Unit (HU) has a reference to a PDO (Outbound Delivery Order).
3. Note that the fields will only be filled if the HU is utilized for an ODO.
4. If clarification is needed regarding the ship-to party on the label, confirm the requirement and adjust accordingly.
