How to disable/hide the Performance-Potential Matrix tab in the Succession module ?

SAP SuccessFactors Succession Management

The Performance-Potential Matrix tab tab is visible due to the presence of the "Matrix Report Permission" in Role-Based Permissions (RBP).

To remove the Performance-Potential Matrix tab tab:
1. Navigate to Admin Center → Manage Permission Roles in RBP.
2. Identify the roles assigned to users who should not see the tab.
3. Remove the "Matrix Report Permission" under the Succession Planners section.
4. Save the changes and validate by checking the affected user profiles.

Additional Information

1. Once this permission is removed, the Performance vs. Potential Matrix tab will no longer appear for users with those roles.

2. This change will also remove the 9-box grid from the Overview portlet.
