3664851 - Column header label has extra space which is causing reporting issues - Recruiting Management

• Extra spaces were observed in certain column headers of reports generated from example: "Last Offer Detail" in Recruiting V2, causing errors in reports sent to the SFTP site.
• Users reported that the extra spaces were visible in Integration Center

1. Generate a report in Recruiting V2 using the "Last Offer Detail".
2. Review the column header labels by generating excel report.
3. Observe the extra spaces in specific headers such as Type of Hire, Actual Start Date
4. Verify the same issue in Integration Center by checking the headers.

• Review the labels in the corresponding XML templates an extra space would have been unintentionally added to the XML template of the "Last Offer Detail"(in this case) during a recent update.

1. Review the XML template associated with the "Last Offer Detail" report.
2. Identify the fields with extra spaces in their labels (e.g., Type of Hire, Actual Start Date, etc.).
3. Remove the unwanted spaces from the XML template.
4. Upload the corrected XML template back into the system via provisioning.
5. Engage with the implementation partner for assistance with XML modifications, as SAP Support does not handle configuration changes.
