3664864 - Your Onboarding Guide Card Remains Visible on Homepage After Employee Is Hired

After the employee is hired and their start date has passed, the 'Your Onboarding Guide' card still appears on their homepage, even though the onboarding process has been completed or is no longer relevant.

1. Log in as the employee or use proxy mode
2. On their homepage, you’ll see that the 'Your Onboarding Guide' card is still visible.

This is expected behavior.

The visibility of the "Your Onboarding Guide" card is determined by the onboarding process archival rule. The card automatically disappears after the number of days specified in the rule. By default, this is set to 90 days.
