3664891 - Users unable to comment on process diagrams in preview mode in SAP Signavio Collaboration Hub

Users have been invited for feedback but commenting is not available when they open for the diagram.

1. Invite users to comment on a process diagram in SAP Signavio Process Manager.
2. Ensure the process diagram has not been published.
3. Observe that users are redirected to a preview mode instead of being able to comment.

It is intended behavior that users see the diagram in preview mode if it has not been published. However, it needs to be verified if commenting functionality is supported in preview mode.

Commenting can be enabled/disabled for every audience group. 

1. Open the Collaboration Hub as an administrator.
2. Open the settings via the cogwheel on the bottom left.
3. Find commenting on the left-hand side. 
4. Select the audience group of the user via the dropdown
5. Enable Commenting by activating the checkbox.
