Symptom
- In the creation of a delivery for Stock Transport Order (STO) with multiple line items, the delivery is created for the confirmed quantity of the schedule line only.
- In the STO for example, line item 1 has a fully confirmed quantity while line item 2 has no confirmed quantity due to insufficient stock in the supplying plant. During delivery creation via transaction VL10*, the system creates a delivery for line item 1 only.
- The expected behavior is that no delivery should be created and the system should issue an error, unless all line items have fully confirmed quantities.
