An issue was identified with the notification template structure. They are:

• AlternateSupervisorNotification
• AlternateSubordinateNotification

Issues:

• These is a comma incorrectly placed between the Assignee Name and Assignee Job Title. > e.g. Name ,JobTitle
• In the middle of the text, there's a space before the "." > e.g. "this is a test . New text here."

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Go to Learning Admin>
2. Pick an employee and edit its profile>
3. Actions>
4. Assign Alternate Manager>
5. Pick the alternate manager>
6. Wait for the email.

This is a defect.

Engineering found the cause of the issue and the fix is currently under development.
