3665069 - Label in Audit trail of Performance form is duplicated

Symptom

When an Admin manually Routes the form backward using the "Route Form" Admin option, in the Audit trail, the comments are recorded as:

  • Routed on behalf of [[Employee ID" by [[User]]. Document routed backward.Document routed backward.

The term "Document routed backward" is recorded twice.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Launch a new form for subject;
  2. Proxy as subject and route form to next step;
  3. As ADMIN user go to Route Form > Select Move the form one step back > Move form on behalf of manager;
  4. Proxy as Subject again;
  5. Go to form information;
  6. Label is duplicated: Documented routed backward. Documented routed backward.

Cause

This is an expected behavior of the system.

Resolution

This issue is planed to be fixed in 2511 release. Please note it is not effective for labels that have already been generated.
